I specialize in individual therapy for teens and adults coping with anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, and relationship problems, however, am qualified to treat a wide range of other mental health issues. I use a personalized approach with each client to achieve relief from unpleasant symptoms and assist them in maximizing a sense of peace, calm and confidence in ability to cope with stress. I focus on self-care and wellness, then draw on clients natural strengths and resiliency while guiding/teaching/implementing positive coping strategies and provide evidence-based therapy techniques. My practice is non-judgmental, respectful, affirming, inclusive and is appropriate for teens, young adults and adults seeking telehealth sessions.
